I am the mom of four children ages two, six, sixteen and eighteen. After teaching I was taking time to stay home and take care of my children. I was not looking to go back to work anytime soon and was certainly not looking to start a brand-new business. I enjoy my time in the gym and was struggling with an injury that I just couldn’t seem to recover from. A friend suggested that I try whole body cryotherapy so I drove into Austin to try it out. After going several times a week for a few weeks, not only was my injury better, but I couldn’t believe how much better I felt. I had more energy, I was sleeping better and no longer had the aches in pains when I woke up, it even helped with my allergy headaches. After lots of complaining to my husband that I wanted someone to open a cryo facility in Dripping he told me that if I believe that strongly in it that maybe I should…so I researched it like crazy and was astounded to learn the extent of benefits that it has for such a huge range of people. After many months of research and training I opened CryoRanch on 290 across from Belterra and am so grateful every day to have the opportunity to provide a service that helps so many people. It fills my heart every day to see my clients leave feeling better and able to do more whether it is the ability to recover from intense training or the ability to complete everyday tasks that inflammation was preventing them from completing or alleviating pain they thought they had to live with.
CryoRanch is a wellness and performance facility dedicated to using the best technology in extreme cold therapy (cryotherapy) to reduce inflammation, pain, soreness, swelling and promote overall health. Cryotherapy is an emerging practice in the fitness and wellness industry where patients enter a chamber with sub-freezing temperatures for up to three minutes in order to reduce pain, as well as muscle and skeletal inflammation. Located in Dripping Springs, TX.
